Sorry for the misleading post title. I know on here I’ve talked about losing weight. This week I got to post that I finally reached the 20lbs lost mark which made me happy. I don’t think I’ve ever very much described my process. Last December I started working with a virtual trainer. She was helping me with meal planning and workout (sort of). However, after 2 months I felt like she wasn’t really paying attention to me. She wasn’t really looking at my numbers or food journals
So, in my effort to be more touristy, I visited Key West this past weekend. My family was coming into town and this seemed like a great girls weekend! It was an amazing weekend of touring, eating, and just enjoying life! The one thing I don’t recommend is the Key West Express. I can honestly say I have never been so sick in my life! Maybe most don’t have a problem but 3/4 of the boat was sick!! I know there was a tropical storm in the gulf by Tallahassee but I think the boat
I feel like 2015 is the year of “planning”. Meal planning what you are going to make for the week. Meal planning what you are going to eat each day of the week. Meal planning what your family will eat, what your dog will eat, what your children (should you have them) 3 years from now will eat. A good point was made to me a few weeks ago. Ok post-marathon life is crazy. Apparently, I can’t leave work without everything exploding and then having to fix it upon my return. This also means lots more work for me. So in addition to missing 2 weeks ( 10 for vacation and 4 for the illness I came back with) I also am dealing with a whole lotta cray-cray! However, I hit that not so magical number today. You know that number on the scale you swear you will NEVER hit and if you do then you must have some sort of problem.
